The crust, crispy and fragrant, is the result of craftsmanship that marries tradition with innovation.

The dough of our pizzas is the result of careful research, in which we have tried to balance tradition, taste and lightness. We use unrefined, stone-ground flours to best preserve all their nutritional and organoleptic qualities. Our preparation follows the indirect biga method, with a long maturation and rising time of 48 hours. This allows us to use a minimum amount of yeast, guaranteeing an even lighter and more digestible result for our pizzas.

Every ingredient we use is of the highest quality and carefully selected through painstaking research.
